*If the holiday is on a Friday or Saturday, ACHD will be closed on Thursday. If the holiday is on a Sunday, ACHD will be closed on Monday.
All e-mails sent to ACHD may be considered subject to the Public Records Act and as such may be disclosed by Asotin County Health District to a third-party requestor.
Public Record Request
Public records are any record prepared, owned, used or maintained by a state/local agency in the course of governing or performing a governmental function. While ACHD is required to provide access to public records we are not required to collect or organize data that didn’t exist at the time of your request. Washington State Public Records Act WAC 42.56 allows you to view copies of public records for ACHD.
To apply for a public record request, you must submit a written request.
Please email your request to PRA@ac-hd.org. Alternatively, you may drop off a letter or mail a letter outlining your request. The more detailed you can be in your request, the faster we can get you the information you are requesting. Some information is not public record and will not be released.
